This neoclassical home was reimagined from its initial iteration with the architect. The client had a unique point of view, which centered around his love of travel and fashion. Referencing favorite boutiques and hotels, the client primarily laid the foundation for the color palette and furnishings. We worked to develop the architectural details to complement the client’s direction.
One of our favorite structural elements of the home was the pool house. This sleek and modern structure is a definite unexpected twist to the otherwise (80s) architectural aesthetic. We believed it infused the space with a youthful energy, offering a fresh and modern contrast without making the grounds feel too enclosed or overly formal.
